HOW TO MAKE HOMEMADE ALMOND MILK

Hello!

Are you improving your diet and want to start with breakfast? Or maybe you're looking for an alternative to cow's milk?

Whatever your case, almond milk is a great option. Below we show you how to prepare it quickly and easily. Let's get to it!

  1. Almonds: Make sure you use good quality almonds. Remember that we will not use sugar.
  2. Soaking: Leave your almonds in water for 4 to 10 hours.
  3. Puree: Discard the soaking water and add 1L of clean water to your almonds. Blend everything together until there are no lumps.
  4. Filtering: Pass the puree through a clean cloth and collect the liquid. You now have almond milk!
  5. Okara: The fiber left in the cloth is called okara. Check out our social media to see how to use it.
