PROPERTIES OF ALMONDS
Almonds are one of the healthiest nuts for us. They help prevent cardiovascular problems, reduce cholesterol, and contain a wealth of nutrients such as proteins, essential fatty acids, and vitamins B and E, making them an antioxidant superfood.
They also contain a large amount of minerals such as zinc, phosphorus, sodium, potassium, magnesium, and iron. But where almonds particularly stand out is in their contribution of calcium, which is why they help prevent osteoporosis.

Most experts and epidemiological studies agree that regular consumption of 7 to 15 almonds a day can unleash all these benefits in the body: they greatly benefit artery health and prevent all kinds of heart-related conditions, reduce overweight, balance blood glucose levels, and do not cause weight gain.
For Veganism adherents, almond milk is a great option for protein intake, besides being light and having a pleasant, slightly sweet taste. Almond milk is ideal for growth and adolescence due to its contribution of potassium and calcium.
It is scientifically proven that almond consumption helps reduce total blood cholesterol and LDL*. It is a great ally in anti-inflammatory diets.
